The Nesse pants are available from size 50 to 74 and are wonderfully soft to the touch because they are made of a combination of cotton and modal. This creates not only a stretchy fabric that fits snugly around the legs and buttocks, but also a breathable fabric that absorbs up to 50% more moisture. As a result, the pants won't feel sticky and sweaty for your little one after sleeping. The Nesse panty also has an extra high waistband, which allows the panty to be pulled up nice and high and provides protection for the belly button if it is still there.
